At Fofalisa Gallery, we are committed to ensuring that your products arrive in excellent condition.

  • You may request an exchange or return within 7 days if the product arrives damaged, if there is an error in the item sent, or if you wish to exchange it, provided that you contact us within the specified period from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition and unused, with the original packaging retained whenever possible.
  • Exchanges or returns do not apply to products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
  • Please contact our customer service team before sending any product back to complete the exchange or return process.
